Accessibility
Last updated: October 30, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our website, and the websites we build for our clients. Our goal for norwoodstudios.co is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we've done
- Every page says it's in English, has its own title, and uses headings in order.
- Images have text descriptions. Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Our main pages start with a "Skip to content" link for keyboard users.
- Links and buttons show a clear outline when you reach them with a keyboard.
- Text and buttons have a color contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 against their backgrounds, the WCAG AA level for normal text.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off smooth scrolling and hover animations.
- Text grows when you zoom in or make your browser's text bigger, and the layout changes to one column on small screens.
- The sample request form gives every field a visible label and says which ones are optional. You can email us instead.
Known limits
- We haven't tested the site with a screen reader yet, or with only a keyboard in every major browser.
- We haven't tested it in a browser at 320 pixels wide or at 400% zoom. Two parts may be tight on very small screens: the top bar with our logo and the "Free sample" button, and the sample request form near the bottom of the homepage.
- This page covers norwoodstudios.co only. It doesn't cover the free sample home pages we make, or our clients' sites.
Need help, or found a problem?
Email us at hello@norwoodstudios.co. Tell us which page you were on and what went wrong. We reply within 5 business days.
If something on our site doesn't work for you, we can send you the same information another way, such as by email in plain text.
Sites we build for clients
We build our clients' sites with accessibility in mind. Each client sends us the words and photos for their site and approves the pages. Our website agreement doesn't promise that a site meets any law or rule, such as accessibility law.
